Three ways to park for a flight from Bournemouth Airport
You have three main choices: Tag's meet and greet, the airport's own pre-booked car parks, or an independent off-airport car park with a shuttle.
Tag is independent. It is not part of, or affiliated with, Bournemouth Airport. Tag is rated 5.0 on Google from 800+ reviews.
What each option involves
| Tag meet and greet | Airport's own car parks | Off-airport car park with shuttle | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Where you leave the car | You drive to the Drop Off Car Park and hand the keys to a Tag driver. The car is then kept at a secure off-airport facility, under two miles each way. | In the airport car park you choose. | At the operator's site. |
| Getting to the terminal | The Drop Off Car Park is 1 minute from the terminal doors. You head straight to check-in. | You walk. Published walking times: Car Park 1, 2–4 minutes; Car Park 2, 3–10 minutes; Car Park 3, 5–7 minutes; Premium Car Park 1, 1–2 minutes. | The operator runs a shuttle to the terminal. |
| On return | Tag tracks your flight. A driver meets you in the arrivals hall, or at the Drop Off Car Park, and takes you to your car. | Check the airport's own information. | Varies by operator. |
The walking times are from Bournemouth Airport's own booking page, checked 10 October 2026. For off-airport car parks, hours, prices and terms vary by operator. Tag does not publish their prices.

A dated example quote
This is the same stay, quoted on the same day (02/11/2026). It is a one-week stay from 05/02/2027 to 11/02/2027. Your prices depend on your dates.
| Option | Price for the stay |
|---|---|
| Tag | £80.55 |
| Airport Car Park 1 (pre-booked) | £112.00 |
| Airport Car Park 2 (pre-booked) | £89.50 |
| Airport Car Park 3 (pre-booked) | £91.50 |
| Airport Premium Car Park 1 (pre-booked) | £153.00 |
The airport's own drive-up rate is £50 per 24 hours, so 7 days costs £350. That is Bournemouth Airport's own tariff, as published on its website and checked 10 October 2026.
Your price depends on your dates and how far ahead you book. The price at booking is the full price, and it includes car park entry and exit.

When Tag is not the cheapest option
Tag is not the lowest cost choice for everyone.
- If someone can drop you off and collect you, that costs less than any parking.
- Independent off-airport car parks with a shuttle may cost less. Tag does not publish their prices.
- The comparison above is with the airport's own pre-booked car parks for the same dates. It says nothing about other operators.
In the 30 days to 05/11/2026, Tag's price was below the airport's cheapest pre-booked car park in 1,101 of 1,105 customer quotes, comparing the same dates. In the other 4, it was not.
