Flying TUI from Bournemouth Airport with Tag

Independence

Tag is independent. It is not part of, or affiliated with, Bournemouth Airport, and it is not affiliated with TUI.

What time should you arrive?

When you book, you choose a drop-off (meet) time. The options are 2¾ hours, 2 hours or 1½ hours before your departure. The latest drop-off slot Tag offers is 1½ hours (90 minutes) before departure.

Your airline sets its check-in and bag-drop closing times; they are on your booking and in the airline's app. Getting to check-in and bag drop in time is between you and your airline.

Drop-off takes about 5-10 minutes. Allow 10-15 minutes for the handover before you need to check in. You drive to the Drop Off Car Park, a Tag driver meets you, and you then head straight to check-in. The how meet and greet works page has the full steps.

When you land

You do not need to call us. Tag monitors your flight's arrival time. When you land, a Tag driver meets you in the arrivals hall, or where you dropped off the car (the Drop Off Car Park).

If your flight is delayed, Tag adjusts at no extra charge. More answers are on the FAQ.
