What time to arrive

When you book, you choose a drop-off time of 2¾ hours, 2 hours or 1½ hours before your departure. The latest drop-off slot Tag offers is 1½ hours (90 minutes) before your departure. The earliest drop-off is 04:00.

Your airline sets its check-in and bag-drop closing times; they are on your booking and in the airline's app. Getting to check-in and bag drop in time is between you and your airline.

Drive to the Drop Off Car Park at your booked time. A Tag driver meets you and does a quick condition check with photographs. Drop-off takes about 5-10 minutes, so allow 10-15 minutes before you check in. The Drop Off Car Park is 1 minute from the terminal doors.

Early flights

For the earliest Girona departure in the period, 09:10, the drop-off slots were 06:25, 07:10 and 07:40.

Your return and delays

You do not need to call us. Tag monitors your flight's arrival on Flight Radar. When you land, a Tag driver meets you in the arrivals hall, or at the Drop Off Car Park where you handed the car over.

If your flight is delayed, Tag adjusts at no extra charge. Collection usually takes 2-3 minutes once the driver arrives with your car.
